Restocking fee best buy cell phones
I was going to buy an Xperia XZ during the 2-day sale in case the phone I ordered from Motorola, and am currently waiting for, doesn't work out, but in case it does I don't want to be stuck with 2 phones or a restocking fee.
This policy doesn't seem very well thought-out, and it's certainly not well executed, between being vague and not exactly forthcoming i. Our apologies for the delay in this reply. And to clear up any idea that Best Restocking fee best buy cell phones makes money off of the restocking fee I would like to add that Best Buy does not resell returned phones. Everytime a phone gets returned it is sent off and not louis stone wall street stockbroker again.
If the phone is defective we don't charge the restocking fee but in case of "I don't REALLY like this color" or "I need more memory. Message 2 of 5 3, Views. I seriously doubt an unopened phone, still sealed in the box, would be sent off at a loss vs being resold, so I have to respectfully disagree that money isn't being made, at least in those cases.
Sure, in the event of a customer trying it out and deciding they don't want it I could see that, but even then, if so much money restocking fee best buy cell phones being lost at that point, I'd think BB would be more proactive in making sure customers know about the restocking fee before purchasing as that would cause people to be more cautious about their purchase thereby reducing the amount of returns, not to mention the number of upset customers.
And frankly, if there's going to be a restocking fee, I think it's only fair to at least give more time for the customer to fully evaluate the phone and make the decision of whether to keep or return it.
